Living in Randers
Randers is located at the end of Randers Fjord. Randers is the only city in Denmark with a natural river port, and this has had a great impact on the city as a maritime market town. Most people know Randers for Northern Europe’s largest artificial rainforest “Randers Regnskov” – which attracts many tourists every year. Besides that, Randers has its own airport – Randers flyveplads. The city has direct commuting lines to Langå and Hobro, and all IC-trains stop in Randers.
There are plenty of thing to see and experience in Randers. Some of the top attractions are among others the tropical zoo Randers Regnskov, Memphis Mansion which is a tribute to Elvis Presley, Water & Wellness Randers, the amusement park Djurs Sommerland and Randers Art Museum.
